Thank you for your interest in Community Collaborative Charter School. Please use the links below to apply to CCCS. You can either submit the application through the google form or complete the fillable PDF and return it to the school site.
If accepted, new enrollees will need to provide proof of residence, proof of birthdate, and immunization records. The applicant will be disqualified if the application is falsified or if incorrect information is provided. Falsifying any information (including address) will void acceptance. CCCS Enrollment Lottery Preferences
All TK-12th grade new applicants interested in attending Community Collaborative Charter School must apply.
If a lottery is needed, preference will be given according to the charter specifications which are as follows:
- Returning CCCS students
- Siblings of returning students who reside within the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary
- Siblings of returning students who reside outside the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary
- Children of CCCS employees who reside within the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary
- Children of CCCS employees who reside outside the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary
- All other applicants who reside within the Twin Rivers Unified School District boundary
- All other applicants
We are pleased that you are considering enrolling your child in Community Collaborative Charter School. Each one of our five locations are tuition free.
The following items are required when enrolling at CCCS:

- Media Release Form
- Home Language Survey (required by law)
- Birth Certificate / Valid Birthdate Evidence
- Immunization Record (required by law)
