Enrollment for 2026-27 School Year

Thank you for your interest in Community Collaborative Charter School. Please use the links below to apply to CCCS. You can either submit the application through the google form or complete the fillable PDF and return it to the school site.

If accepted, new enrollees will need to provide proof of residence, proof of birthdate, and immunization records. The applicant will be disqualified if the application is falsified or if incorrect information is provided. Falsifying any information (including address) will void acceptance. Open Enrollment for 2026-27 School Year

CCCS held Open Enrollment from December 19th, 2025 - March 6th, 2026 and no lottery was needed.

CCCS Charter Complaint Notice

We are pleased that you are considering enrolling your child in Community Collaborative Charter School. Each one of our five locations are tuition free.

The following items are required when enrolling at CCCS:

- Student Enrollment Form
- Media Release Form
- Home Language Survey (required by law)
- Birth Certificate / Valid Birthdate Evidence
- Immunization Record (required by law)
